Coherent user experience cross touchpoints

Background & Goal

The Lynk&Co 08 was the first project where I worked across all areas of user experience, including interior and exterior lighting, digital content, and digi-physical interactions. Although the project was in its later stages, I identified the need to establish a foundational design system to ensure consistency for the Lynk&Co 08 and scalability for future vehicles.

The goal was to deliver a cohesive UX framework for the Lynk&Co 08 while setting a scalable design foundation to support future projects.

My role & Responsibilities

Project Lead, responsible for overseeing the complete UX scope, including collaboration with a team of UX and UI designers.

• Introduced and implemented a scalable design system to unify UX elements for Lynk&Co 08 and future vehicles.

• Planned and structured the over-the-air (OTA) update framework, enabling seamless feature rollouts and platform evolution.

• Integrated digital and physical UX components, ensuring a consistent and user-centered experience across all touchpoints.

• Provided leadership and alignment across teams to meet project objectives while preparing the platform for long-term growth.

Late-phase onboarding required rapid adaptation and alignment across teams.
