
Holistic Cabin Experience for one coherent User Experience
Background & Goal
The Lynk&Co 900 was set to feature the largest and highest number of interior displays ever released in a Lynk&Co vehicle. This included advanced digital and digi-physical touchpoints such as a 30-inch 6K screen with split-screen functionality, a 12.66-inch digital instrument panel, and a 30-inch rear entertainment screen.
The goal was to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all displays and touchpoints, while delivering smart user scenarios adaptable to varying travel setups.
My role & Responsibilities
Project Lead & creatively responsible for the Holistic Cabin Experience, assigned to address stagnation, ensure alignment, and restore confidence among stakeholders.

Led a true global team of 10 designers (6 in Sweden and 4 in China) to create a unified vision and workflow.

Bridged cultural and logistical gaps to establish the first successful collaboration between the two regions.
